This website (redeem.pubgm.eu) is operated by the PUBG MOBILE Europe community team. It allows stream and event winners to claim their prizes.

2. What Data We Collect

When you use this site to claim a prize, we collect the following information:

  • PUBG MOBILE User ID or claim token — to identify your prize
  • Full name — required for gift card delivery
  • Email address — to send your reward
  • Country — to determine available reward types
  • Reward preference — your chosen gift card or payment method
  • Screenshot — uploaded to verify your in-game account ownership

If you choose to connect your Discord account, we additionally receive:

  • Discord user ID and username
  • Discord email address
  • Discord server memberships — to verify you are a member of the relevant community server

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Verify your identity as a prize winner
  • Process and deliver your reward
  • Communicate with you about your claim via Discord or email
  • Verify your membership in the relevant Discord community server

We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to prize redemption.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

This application does not store any personal data on its own servers. All data is processed in transit and passed to secured, access-controlled systems within the European Union.

Your claim data is stored within Discord in private, access-controlled channels. Uploaded screenshots are stored in a private Google Drive folder. Access to both is limited exclusively to authorized personnel who are bound by non-disclosure agreements and data protection obligations, and who require it for the purpose of verifying and processing prize payouts.

Your data is retained for as long as necessary to process your prize claim and for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
