Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

Prizes are only available to participants residing in eligible countries. Eligibility is determined by the available reward types for your country as displayed during the claim process. If no reward options are available for your country, you are not eligible to receive a prize.

Providing false information about your country of residence or any other personal details to circumvent eligibility restrictions will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all prizes.

2. Prize Claims

  • There is no legal entitlement to any prize. All prizes are awarded at the sole discretion of the PUBG MOBILE Europe community team.
  • We reserve the right to reject, delay, or cancel any claim without providing a reason.
  • Prize delivery may take up to 14 days after a successful claim submission.
  • The specific type of gift card or payment method is subject to availability and may differ from your preference.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly offered as an option.

3. Identity Verification

To prevent fraud, we require you to upload a screenshot of your in-game profile. This is used to verify that you are the rightful owner of the PUBG MOBILE account associated with the claim.

We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time. Failure to provide adequate proof of identity may result in the rejection of your claim.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions will result in immediate disqualification and a permanent ban from all future prizes:

  • Submitting false, misleading, or manipulated information (including fake or edited screenshots)
  • Claiming prizes using someone else's PUBG MOBILE User ID or claim token
  • Providing false information about your country of residence
  • Attempting to claim the same prize multiple times
  • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the redemption system
  • Any form of automated or scripted submissions

5. Discord Membership

Winners are expected to be active members of the relevant PUBG MOBILE community Discord server. We may verify your membership and reserve the right to reject claims from users who are not members of the community where they won their prize.

6. Delivery & Expiration

Prizes are delivered to the email address you provide during the claim process. Once a prize has been sent, delivery is considered complete. We are not responsible for:

  • Emails landing in spam or junk folders
  • Incorrect email addresses provided by the claimant
  • Gift cards or codes that expire before being redeemed
  • Issues caused by your email provider blocking or delaying delivery

It is your responsibility to check your inbox (including spam folders) and redeem any codes before their expiration date. Prizes will not be re-sent or replaced once delivered.

7. Limitation of Liability

The PUBG MOBILE Europe community team is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to failed deliveries, incorrect gift card types, or delays in processing.

This service is provided "as is" without any warranties.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
